Rent Leveling Board
The Rent Leveling Board was established by the Borough of Fairview to protect residents from unfair or unlawful rent increases and improper charges in multi-family housing. Our department is committed to ensuring that tenants, particularly seniors, disabled individuals, and others who qualify for "Protected Tenancy Status" under Borough criteria, are treated fairly.
We are here to assist residents with navigating rent-related issues and to ensure that their rights are upheld. If you have concerns about rent increases or charges, please contact us for guidance and support.
